Two tablespoons of lime juice mixed with lukewarm water can also be taken to cure rheumatism. Drink this solution once in the morning and once in the evening.

Mixing three lemons and three tablespoons of espom salt in a pint of water is a great reliever for pain induced by rheumatism. This should be taken twice a day for a maximized effect.

Strengthening the muscle tissues is also vital. A proven way to have healthy muscles is by massaging anti-inflammatory oil into the affected spot. This should induce comfortable movements for muscles and tissues.

Minerals that are proven to provide effective relief against rheumatism triggered pain include Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin C. These nutrients are effective agents for relieving symptoms of rheumatism.
