    Ingesting 1000mg fish oil geltab 3-4 times per day. Also, I took a pin to the fish oil geltab and rubbed it directly on the psoriasis 2-3 times per day. The downsides are that you’ll want to keep area covered while sleeping to protect the bedding and there is the fishy smell.
