Home Remedies for Bronchitis

As air is inhaled through the nose or mouth, it passes through a tube called the trachea. The trachea is a pipe that serves as a link to the inner parts of our respiratory system. The trachea further divides into two separate tubes. This division is called the bronchi. Each bronchial tube divides further as it goes down into the lungs, resembling an inverted tree.
