To prevent the accumulation of bacteria in the mouth, you should eat foods that are rich in zinc. Also eating apples may help to purify your mouth and remove bacteria.

Sunflower seeds are also a good remedy for bad breath. Chew some sunflower seeds and drink a glass of water after every meal. Other seeds are also helpful in alleviating bad breath. Chewing cardamom seeds can sweeten your breath, and the aromatic flavors they contain will refresh your mouth.
