Vegetables like cabbages, cucumbers, and beets in are also recommended to be included in your diet. Likewise, eating fresh tomatoes any time of day is also proven to work wonders in keeping your appetite at moderate to high levels. They do amazing things in treating anorexia.

An anorexic patient avoids eating as much as possible, believing that they can only be happy and satisfied by becoming too thin. However, trying some home remedies along with complete bed rest and habitual exercise can reduce the consequences of eating disorders such as anorexia.
